Every location, on the same page.

For retail chains, franchises and multi-site operators. Each store has its own page and its own stock, rotas are built across every location, staff training is tracked by store, and head office sees every site at once, including the stores that have not answered.

Goals replace Timeline and Budget at the store level: a location runs to targets and a calendar of promotions and visits.

A day on the tools

What changes, in the hours it actually changes.

Three moments from an ordinary week. Every one of them is a thing the product does, not a thing it could be configured to do one day.

1

06:15

the store opens on what head office asked for

The store's page lists what head office asked this store to do and what it has sent back. The manager presses Seen it, and later Done here or Cannot do it with the reason. Seen and done stay separate facts, so a store working on it reads differently from one that has not opened it.

2

11:40

stock is moved before a store runs out

Inventory & Assets shows stock by location. When a store falls below its reorder point the owner is told, and stock can be transferred from a store with spare rather than ordered again.

3

15:20

next week's rota covers every store

Shifts builds the schedule across locations with the people each shift needs, drafts it from everyone's availability for a manager to publish, and lets staff pick up open shifts and swap with each other. Training shows who in each store has finished the course.

Made for Retail & Multi-Location

The three that do the heavy lifting.

Choose this industry during setup and its tools are queued for you. Review the list, drop anything you don't want, and the workspace initialises with the rest already working - or install any one of them on its own, later, from the marketplace.

Every planQueued at setup

Store

One page per site: the store profile, what head office asked for and what came back, a lane for telling head office what is broken, visits and audits, and the estate side by side.

  • Per-store receipts, seen and done kept apart
  • A route from the shop floor to head office
  • Visits that end in owned corrective tasks
  • An estate view that names the silent stores

Shifts

Schedules across every location with the people each shift needs, drafts from availability, open shifts and swaps, and time off that respects your leave policies.

  • Requirements per shift and per location
  • A draft from availability, published by a manager
  • Open shifts and swaps
  • Leave policies with balances

Inventory & Assets

Stock by location and fixtures by who holds them, with every movement logged, low-stock alerts and transfers between stores.

  • Stock levels per store
  • A low-stock alert to the owner
  • Transfers between locations
  • Reorders as purchase orders
The shape of the work

How Retail & Multi-Location actually runs.

Each of these is a project in Navalo - its own board, tab strip, meetings, calendar and members. They are not pre-built modules and we will not pretend they are: what the industry gives you is the right defaults around them.

And everything else

These sit on top of the whole product.

  • Training tracks which staff have finished each course, by store, with reminders before a due date
  • Checklists run the store-open and close routines, every step ticked with the name of whoever ticked it
  • Announcements reach every site at once and come back acknowledged by name
  • A store opening or refit runs as a project with its own checklist and timeline
  • Every workspace also gets the core: Announcements, Forms, Polls & Surveys, Kudos, Standups, Approvals, Checklists & SOPs, Recurring Tasks, the Decision Log, the Timeline, Hands-On Scheduling, Notes, the Corkboard, the Handbook, the Policy Library, Structures, Navalo Signatures, Conversation Stats and Budgets

What we don't claim

The honest edges.

  • Seen and done are recorded because a named person pressed a button. There is no photo or location check behind either.
  • Navalo does not connect to your EPOS. Stock moves because a person records a receipt, a sale or a transfer, or imports a CSV.
  • Shifts does not clock anyone in or out or feed payroll.
  • Navalo holds no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 attestation.
Questions

The ones buyers ask first.

How do we know which stores did the job?
Every rollout has a row per store with acknowledged, completed and blocked kept separate, and the estate view names the stores that have said nothing.
Does it do the rota?
Yes. Shifts builds schedules across locations from what each shift needs, drafts them from availability for a manager to publish, and handles open shifts, swaps and leave balances.
Can store staff tell head office something is wrong?
Yes. A member of store staff raises it once, with photos, and it becomes a card on the head-office board titled with the store's name. It cannot be closed without a sentence saying what happened, and the person who raised it is told.
Does Navalo read our tills?
No. There is no EPOS connection; stock moves when a person records it or imports a file.
