What Navalo is, how the pieces fit together, and where to go next.
Navalo is an all-in-one workplace app. Instead of stitching together a meeting-notes tool, a project tracker, a chat app, an inbox, a CRM and a calendar, your team runs all of it from one place - sharing the same people, permissions and data.
The heart of Navalo is turning conversations into movement. A meeting becomes a summary and owned tasks; a chat thread becomes a task on the right board; an email becomes a follow-up somebody actually owns. AI helps keep statuses honest so you spend your time deciding, not documenting.
The vocabulary
| Word | What it means |

| Project | A project workspace - its own boards, tasks, timeline, files, meetings, calendar and people. |
| Task | A single piece of work inside a project. Every task has a key like MA-14. |
| Ava | The AI assistant built into the app. |
| Autopilot | Per-project AI project management - planning, assigning, chasing status. |
| Extension | An add-on that gives your workspace extra surfaces and behaviour. |
The main areas
- Projects - boards, lists, backlog, timeline, Gantt, files, capacity and more, per project.
- Meetings - a bot that joins your calls, transcripts, summaries and a searchable vault.
- Chat & calls - channels, DMs, slash commands, and calls that follow you around the app.
- Mail & Calendar - connected inboxes and your real schedule, in-app.
- AI - Ava, Autopilot, meeting AI and agents.
- Organization - the people directory, teams and divisions, announcements.
- Org settings - everything org-wide: members, roles, extensions, plan, security.
- Marketplace & extensions - add what your industry needs, remove what it doesn't.

Noots is now Navalo
Noots is now called Navalo. Same product, same team, same company behind it (Cartex Data), new name. Nothing about your workspace changed: your projects, tasks, meetings, files, members, plan and price are exactly where they were, and you sign in the same way.
