Outcomes you cannot count
Measure an outcome by a number, by milestones, or by a judged state with evidence.
| Measure | How progress reads |
|---|---|
| A number | Toward its target, as before. |
| Milestones | 3 of 5 done; achieved when all are done. |
| A judged state | Not started, in progress, achieved or missed, with evidence and an optional approver. |
A judgement waiting for approval, and an in-progress judgement, count as not measured. Navalo never makes up a percentage for them.
Note
This applies where your workspace has the latest organization tools switched on. Where they are off, everything works as it did before.
