Contract Deliverables

What each contract owes, with schedules, owners, submissions and acceptance on the record.

A Deliverables tab on a contract's project, plus a page of everything due across the contracts you can see. Contract Deliverables is on the Team plan.

  • Each deliverable has a code (for example a CDRL number), the contract reference, a due date or a schedule (weekly to yearly), an owner, submission files from your workspace, and acceptance.
  • The owner gets a reminder at 09:00 on the due day in My Work, and a notice if it slips.
  • Submitting tells the contract's managers; accepting or returning tells the owner.
  • A recurring deliverable writes its next instance as soon as the current one is handed in, or once a late one passes its date.
  • Submissions and reviews go in the activity log, and in the Compliance Audit Logger's trail where that is on.
  • A Records Export package of the contract project lists its deliverables (file titles only).
Note

This applies where your workspace has the new organization tools switched on. Where they are off, everything works as it did before.
