Navalo on your phone

The Navalo app for iPhone and Android has native screens for Today, Meetings, My work, Inbox, the Recorder, tasks, projects, notes and settings. Calls, chat and every extension open as the real Navalo page inside the app, already signed in.

• Sign in the way you do on the web, including Google, Microsoft and single sign-on.
• Ava's cards (places, times, bookings, invitations) appear on the phone wherever they appear on the web. Use my location asks for the phone's location the first time, with an explanation, uses it for that one search and does not keep it.
• Push notifications use your phone's own notification service. What a notification shows on the lock screen depends on what it is about: anything about time off, HR, billing, signatures or security never shows its text.
• Times follow your 12 or 24-hour setting.

Delete your account from the phone

1. 1Open More, then your name, then Settings > Account.
2. 2Press Delete account. The web deletion page opens inside the app, where you choose what happens to workspaces you created.
3. 3When it is done, the phone signs you out. It is the same deletion as on the web.
