On-call and the home-screen takeover
Emergency Response is now the takeover setting of On-call, and incidents page the people on shift.
On the On-call page, the Home-screen takeover card turns the takeover on or off (people who manage extensions). It is raised by Monitoring & RMM Webhooks alerts, and its scopes and silences sit below the card when it is on. On-call is on the Business plan.
An incident filed by hand pages everybody on shift in an active rotation today, plus the incident commander, as long as they can see the incident's project. It does not take over home screens.
Note
This applies where your workspace has the new organization tools switched on. Where they are off, everything works as it did before.
