Needs attention on Home

Under the briefing on Home, Needs attention lists what needs you: watchdog alerts, finance variances (finance roles only), strategy gaps (team, division and organization views), agent findings, shift and time-off cover gaps, projects at risk, overdue cards, and, where they are on, dossier drift and forecast misses.

• Ranked by how urgent, then how recent. Each line opens the thing it is about.
• The clock hides a line for 4 hours, a day or a week. The X dismisses it, with Undo right after.
• A dismissal is yours alone and holds at every zoom level. A new problem (next week's alert, a new overdue count) shows again.
• The briefing sentence explains the top one or two lines and never adds anything that is not in the list.
• On the phone, Today shows the same list; long-press a line to snooze or dismiss it.

Zoomed views

The Viewing band switches between Me, Team, Division and Organization, in your organization's level names, with a unit picker and the lens. Team, division and organization views show the unit's health, projects, at-risk count, overdue cards, people (fewer than 5 are not counted), decisions on you, the AI brief with its attention list, project health, load, strategy and money (finance roles), and pinned announcements. Ava on a zoomed Home answers about that team, division or organization, using only what you can already see.
