Ava drafts a follow-up to the clients, the team or the place. It never sends one.

Ask Ava for a follow-up on your latest booked event, to the clients, the team or the place.
Ava writes a draft from the event's facts. It never sends it.
Copy works everywhere.
On Business with Outlook connected, Save to Outlook Drafts puts it in your Outlook Drafts folder to finish and send yourself. If Outlook asks you to reconnect first, the button says so.
Gmail drafts are not available.
Each draft is one AI call, and the same facts give the same draft without another call.

Drafts to copy come with the Team plan.

This applies where your workspace has the latest organization tools switched on. Where they are off, everything works as it did before.
