Roles & Teams and Structure: one tab strip and pop-outs

People, roles and teams open in side panels; Levels is a tree; preset level names are on offer.

  • Roles & Teams and Administration > Structure share one tab strip. What a role allows is edited in Structure (Edit roles in Structure).
  • Clicking a person opens a side panel with their roles and teams; add or remove them there. Clicking a role chip shows what the role allows and who holds it. Clicking a team opens its roster.
  • Levels is a tier strip (Organization, the levels in use, then groups) above a tree of units. A location is added only with Add location.
  • Use <preset>'s level names previews every rename. It is applied only when somebody who manages members presses it, and Undo restores the previous names.
  • Lines & navigation draws roles as a reporting tree; a role opens its details in a pop-out.
  • Administration > Structure > Divisions & teams keeps its editor in Settings, with a note that the same divisions and teams are also arranged in Organization > Structure. The Settings mode / Map mode switch is there too.
Note

This applies where your workspace has the latest organization tools switched on. Where they are off, everything works as it did before.
