Refreshed extension pages
Recurring tasks, Approvals, Checklists, Polls, Risks and Vendors open with real numbers and a clear way in.
Six extension pages were redesigned. Each now opens with what it is for, a few real numbers from your workspace, one main button, and an empty state that shows how to start instead of a blank box.
- Recurring tasks: active rules, tasks due in the next 7 days, tasks made so far, and what each rule will put on a board next. Starter rules (a weekly status report, monthly invoices, a morning check-in) open ready to save.
- Approvals: what is waiting on you, open requests, how many were approved, and the typical wait from request to decision.
- Checklists: how many tasks and recurring rules carry each procedure, and runs in progress.
- Polls: open polls, polls waiting on your vote, votes cast and how many people vote on average.
- Risks: live risks, high or critical ones, risks past their review date and risks nobody owns.
- Vendors & partners: renewals in the next 30 days, what project ledgers you can see paid them in 12 months, and contracts on file.
Rules that react to something happening (a card moves, a date passes) live in Automations; repeating meetings live in Calendar. Nothing about how these extensions work has changed.
Note
This applies where your workspace has the latest organization tools switched on. Where they are off, everything works as it did before.
