Ava's budget line and search limits

The budget line

• Only people who can see Finances see amounts. Everyone else sees no budget line.
• The estimate comes from the place's price level times the party size, or from your workspace's own similar past bills.
• On Business, Ava also checks the project's budget line in Finances.
• File a spend commitment on the booked card goes through Finances' own door, with its usual approvals.

Search limits

• A search is one call to the search provider. A repeat of the same search within a few hours comes from the cache and does not count.
• Searches have their own allowance, separate from AI credits: a monthly amount for the workspace set per paid seat (within a floor and a ceiling for the plan), and a daily amount for each person. Photos and address checks have their own limit, and a place card loads more photos only when you open it.
• Usage is shown as a percentage in Administration > Usage & Limits > Place searches. Admins can lower either limit, or raise it up to what the plan allows.
• When a limit is reached Ava says so and does not search. The daily one resets tomorrow; the monthly one next month.

The budget line with amounts comes with Business for people who can see Finances. Place searches come with Team.
