When someone can't make it, and confirm-by dates
One notice per decline with up to three other times, and a deadline that asks everyone to confirm.
When someone can't make it
- A decline (a member in the app or the email, a client by link) may carry a short note.
- You, the organiser, get one notice naming who and why, with up to three other times when everyone Navalo can see is free, the place is open, and the time is inside the window you first asked for.
- One press moves the event to one of them. Moving the event never changes a reservation; if you had one, change it on the place's own site.
- Notes on a decline are seen by the organiser's side only.
Ask everyone to confirm by a date
Tell Ava *"ask everyone to confirm by Friday"* (or a number of days before the event).
- Members get a question card and an email; clients get an email.
- One reminder goes before the deadline. Quiet hours hold member email until morning.
- At the deadline you get a report: confirmed, can't make it and no reply. If everyone confirms sooner, you hear at once.
Both come with the Team plan.
Note
This applies where your workspace has the latest organization tools switched on. Where they are off, everything works as it did before.
