How Ava builds decks and documents
The checklist every Ava-built deck and page follows, and lighter formatting in AI briefs.
- Decks open on a title, carry an agenda when there are four or more parts, and end on next steps.
- Every slide has presenter notes.
- A chart is drawn where the source has comparable figures; pictures go only where a scene helps.
- The source is cited in the title and the closing notes. Pages end on a Next steps section.
- Decks and pages can be built from the Finances, Strategy or Organization overview.
- AI briefs and the home focus summary use light formatting: bold for the key fact and short lists.
