Structures: auto-linking boxes

A division, department, team or role box links to the existing unit or role with the same name, at the same level (case and spaces are ignored).

• One match: the box shows a linked badge and an Unlink button. Unlinking sticks.
• Several matches: the map asks which one, and suggests the one under the box's parent on the map.
• No match: publishing creates teams and divisions once somebody stands in them. A department box is created as a department when it sits under the organization box or under a linked division; under a box that is not linked it is skipped and listed, never guessed.

Linking a role box never gives anybody that role.
