Dispatch

Under Organization, Shifts, Dispatch. Planning needs permission to manage members; the crew can mark a job done.

• Crews and vehicles. A vehicle can carry van stock from Inventory & Assets.
• Jobs: who, which site, which day, a time window and the tickets needed.
• Warnings for a missing or expired ticket, leave that day and overlapping jobs. They are warnings, never refusals.
• Each jobsite's Today band has Assign a crew (site managers can use it too).
• On the phone: the Dispatch list and an All sites today card.

Assigning a crew never lets anybody see a project they could not already see.
