Navalo shows these graphics in chat messages, reactions, the emoji picker and the phone app. We serve our own copy of release 17.0.3 from our servers. The artwork is not changed: the drawings are only resized when shown, and gathered into sprite sheets so the picker loads faster. The full licence text ships beside the graphics at /emoji/twemoji/17.0.3/LICENSE-GRAPHICS.txt.
