Clear done items from your to-do
Tidy your to-do in one press, with Undo. Done items also clear themselves after a day unless you change it.
- Press Clear done at the top of your to-do. Your done items move to an archive; press Undo in the bar that appears to put them back. Archived items are removed for good after 30 days.
- Done items also clear themselves: Auto-clear done items is on, after 1 day, for everyone. The chevron beside Clear done changes it to 7 or 30 days, or switches it off.
- A done item with an unfinished sub-item stays until its sub-items are done.
Tasks from your boards
- A task on your to-do is the board's task. Ticking it moves the card to the board's done column, if you can edit it.
- Taking a task off your to-do only hides it for today. It never changes the board.
- A task leaves your to-do on its own when it is done (in any done column), moved to the bin, unassigned from you, or moved where you can no longer see it. It comes back if it is restored from the bin.
